Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control systems for security and facility operations
- Conduct process audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Analyze operational data to identify quality trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and inspection reports
- Train staff on quality protocols and best practices
- Monitor KPIs and prepare quality performance dashboards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or process improvement
- Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Auditing preferred
- Experience in security, facilities management, or related industry
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and influence stakeholders
