Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Laboratory Information Management System (ILIMS) in support of the STRIDES project.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.
- Train laboratory personnel and stakeholders on system usage, best practices, and data entry protocols.
- Collaborate with the DOH and technical teams to identify system requirements and optimize workflows.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with national health data standards and regulations.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to track rollout progress and user adoption.
- Document system updates, technical issues, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in LIMS implementation, database management, or system administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, database querying, and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with health information systems or government project implementations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
