Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive landscape design plans and technical specifications
- Conduct site analysis including soil surveys, vegetation assessments, and environmental impact studies
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, planting plans, and material specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications throughout design phases
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and accessibility requirements
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with compelling visualizations
- Research and integrate innovative sustainable materials and planting solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional landscape design experience
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design solutions
- Knowledge of Malaysian plant species, climate conditions, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Certification from Malaysian Institute of Landscape Architects (MILA) preferred
