As Landscape Manager, you'll oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for creating and preserving natural habitats while enhancing visitor experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive landscape management strategies aligned with conservation objectives and visitor experience goals
- Lead and mentor a team of landscape professionals, including gardeners and maintenance staff
- Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including irrigation systems, plant health monitoring, and seasonal planning
- Coordinate with conservation teams to ensure landscape practices support wildlife habitats and biodiversity
- Manage landscape project lifecycles from design conception through implementation and evaluation
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including budgets, equipment, and material procurement
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in landscape management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in sustainable horticultural practices and native plant species management
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in landscape design software and project management tools
- Knowledge of Indonesian flora, soil science, and tropical ecosystem management
- Certification in landscape management or conservation planning highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
