- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to resolve complex safety issues and improve operational workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment.
- Document findings and contribute to the knowledge base regarding AI safety standards and best practices.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Linguistics, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in internet content operations, content moderation, content safety, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to distinguish subtle nuances in language and context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for the Singapore context.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and a keen interest in the development of Large Language Models.
