You will be responsible for defining the architectural scope, reviewing design documents, and ensuring that our solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices.

- Lead Architectural Discipline: Serve as the primary architectural lead for mission-critical data center projects, providing technical direction and strategic oversight.
- Design Excellence: Develop innovative and high-performance architectural designs that optimize space utilization, cooling efficiency, and scalability.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and on schedule.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MEP, structural, and IT specialists, to integrate complex systems seamlessly.
- Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to global sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL) and local building codes.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in data center architecture, facility design, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or LEED AP certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and design analysis tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
