- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies across diverse segments
- Lead and mentor a team of community engagement specialists

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community engagement or related roles
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing community engagement strategies
- Knowledge of local culture and community dynamics in Surabaya
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for engagement metrics
