Tanggung Jawab
- Mentor and lead a team of 5+ developers in agile development cycles
- Architect scalable microservices using Node.js and cloud infrastructure

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in full-stack development with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
