Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions for S/4HANA migration projects
- Architect RISE methodology-based transformations in retail industry environments
- Mentor and guide junior developers through complex ABAP development cycles
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize existing SAP systems for performance, scalability, and security compliance
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development best practices
- Provide technical guidance during system integration and testing phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience with S/4HANA implementation
- Proven leadership experience in SAP technical teams (minimum 3 years)
- Expert knowledge of RISE methodology and SAP Activate framework
- Strong understanding of retail industry business processes
- SAP certification in ABAP development or S/4HANA is highly preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
