We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Security Supervisor to join our team at Securitas. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the screening and security operations at our secure Data Center located in the Woodlands area. In this position, you will ensure the safety of critical infrastructure and personnel by enforcing strict security protocols and managing a high-performing team.
As the Lead Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, conducting regular patrols, and supervising screening procedures to prevent unauthorized access. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily screening operations and access control procedures at the Data Center to ensure maximum security.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of security officers to ensure high service standards and compliance.
- Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Enforce company policies, regulatory standards, and security protocols strictly.
- Coordinate with emergency services and local authorities during critical incidents or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of security activities and incidents.
- Oversee the deployment of security resources and assets to optimize operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably within a Data Center or critical infrastructure environment.
- Valid Security Supervisor certification or license (e.g., SSIC in Singapore).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in security management software and reporting tools.
- Sound knowledge of emergency response procedures, first aid, and fire safety.
- Proactive approach to risk assessment and threat management.
