Are you an SEO expert who also excels at operations? Remotely Philippines OPC is seeking a skilled Lead SEO & Operations (Independent Contractor) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our search engine optimization efforts while building essential workflows and reporting systems to scale our operations alongside our founder.
This position requires a blend of technical SEO expertise and process-oriented thinking. You will be responsible for analyzing data, improving website performance, and creating automated systems that save time and increase efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Design and optimize internal operational workflows to streamline daily tasks and enhance team productivity.
- Generate detailed performance reports, keyword tracking, and analytics dashboards for stakeholders.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site health issues, improving crawlability and speed.
- Manage keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to scale operations and align SEO goals with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Operations.
- Deep expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or utilizing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Notion).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as a contractor.
