Are you a highly skilled automotive professional with a passion for leadership? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leadman to join our workshop team in Kauswagan, Misamis Oriental. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every vehicle that enters our shop receives top-tier service and that our repair timelines are met with precision.
As the Leadman, you will act as the bridge between management and the technical team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and productivity. You will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop workflows, diagnosing complex technical issues, and mentoring junior mechanics to elevate the overall quality of our service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in various vehicle types.
- Assign tasks to team members based on expertise and workshop workload.
- Perform final quality control inspections to ensure all repairs meet company standards and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics and apprentices on best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition.
- Manage inventory of essential parts and track supply usage.
- Provide technical updates and progress reports to management on service status.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Leadman, Workshop Foreman, or Senior Mechanic.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and modern repair equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Proficiency in vehicle repair and maintenance software is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
- High School diploma or vocational certificate in Automotive Technology or related field.
