Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real EstateMinimum 2 years experience in commercial leasing or property marketingStrong negotiation and persuasive communication skillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platformsDeep understanding of Tangerang Selatan commercial real estate marketProven track record of meeting leasing targetsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
