Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all business operations are in full compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage internal company contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Oversee permit applications, business licenses, and official registrations with government authorities.
- Coordinate day-to-day office administrative tasks and general affairs management.
- Maintain systematic records and filing systems for all legal and operational documents.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, notaries, and relevant government agencies as required.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with company projects and daily activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a legal or general affairs role, preferably in Bali.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Labor Law, and Permit Licensing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documentation accurately.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong integrity, ethical standards, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders and government officials.
