Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured, intensive on-the-job training modules across various plantation operational departments.
- Analyze plantation performance data to recommend process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Lead small-scale projects focused on yield optimization and cost-effective management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and corporate policies.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and strategic presentations for senior management.
- Actively participate in leadership development workshops and mentorship programs.
- Adapt quickly to remote, high-intensity plantation work environments while maintaining high output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Forestry, Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership background through organizational involvement or professional achievements.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of adaptability.
- Willing to be assigned and relocated to plantation sites in Kalimantan Timur.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
