Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex laptop motherboard failures.
- Execute component-level repairs, including micro-soldering, chip replacement, and RMA.
- Analyze technical schematics and circuit diagrams to isolate root causes of hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed repair logs for all technical interventions.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs are stable and functional.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on advanced repair methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Level 3 laptop mainboard repair.
- Strong understanding of laptop power delivery systems, chipsets, and BIOS.
- Proficient in using electronic testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematic diagrams.
- Technical certification (Diploma or Associate degree) in Electronics or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
