RSM Builders is seeking a highly motivated and professional Liaison Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical contract role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our construction and development projects and various external stakeholders, including government authorities, clients, and internal departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact between RSM Builders and external stakeholders, including government bodies, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
- Manage and resolve stakeholder conflicts and inquiries efficiently, maintaining positive business relationships.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on stakeholder interactions, project status, and compliance requirements.
- Organize and attend meetings, site visits, and public forums to represent the company's interests and address concerns.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, company policies, and project timelines.
- Identify potential risks in stakeholder communication and propose mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a liaison, project coordination, or management role within the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; ability to translate complex information clearly.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities with a proven track record of managing difficult stakeholder situations.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites in Kuala Lumpur.
