Your primary mission is to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and confidential information of a prestigious client. You will be the front-line representative of our agency, showcasing the highest standards of conduct and vigilance. The location in Buendia, Pasay City is a dynamic business hub, easily accessible via major roads and public transport like LRT-1 and jeepney routes.
Duties include monitoring CCTV, managing access control at the building lobby, conducting hourly foot patrols both inside and outside the premises, and managing parking for visitors and employees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deter unauthorized entry and maintain security of premises by patrolling, monitoring, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment effectively.
- Control traffic and parking within the vicinity to ensure smooth and safe flow.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, initiating appropriate action.
- Prepare accurate daily reports, incident logs, and shift handover documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and tenants with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations strictly and fairly.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a valid Security Guard License from the PNP – SAGSD / Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Services (SOSIA).
- At least 18 years old and physically fit to perform security duties.
- With or without experience (fresh graduates of the mandatory Basic Security Guard Training Course are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- No criminal record and must be willing to pass a drug test and standard background check.
