Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various lift and escalator models.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards for vertical transportation maintenance.
- Respond to emergency service calls to ensure minimal downtime for building occupants.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, part replacements, and system status reports.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to ensure system longevity.
- Collaborate with the service team to streamline maintenance workflows and achieve KPI targets.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
- Proven experience in lift maintenance, repair, or general industrial mechanical maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and safety.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks and work in various site environments.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
