We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lifting Equipment Inspector to join the Indospec Asia team in Jakarta Raya. In this critical role, you will ensure the safety and reliability of lifting machinery and accessories used in industrial and commercial applications. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, verifying compliance with safety standards, and reporting on the condition of equipment to prevent workplace accidents and ensure operational efficiency.

Your expertise will help identify potential hazards before they lead to incidents, ensuring that all lifting operations are performed within legal and regulatory frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and thorough visual and functional inspections of lifting machinery, including cranes, hoists, forklifts, and lifting accessories (chains, slings, shackles).
- Verify that all lifting equipment complies with local Indonesian regulations (K3) and international standards such as ISO 45001 and LOLER.
- Document inspection findings accurately in detailed reports, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when defects are identified.
- Categorize and tag equipment as 'Safe for Use', 'Restricted', or 'Do Not Use' based on inspection results.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule necessary repairs or replacements for defective equipment.
- Train operators and site personnel on proper lifting procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain and update an organized digital and physical log of all inspected equipment and their service history.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lifting equipment inspection, maintenance, or related technical roles.
- Certification as a Lifting Equipment Inspector (CLEI) or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations specific to lifting operations in Indonesia.
- Excellent visual inspection skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and inspection manuals.
- Proficiency in using inspection software and MS Office applications.
- Physically fit to perform on-site inspections in various weather conditions.
