Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production line performance to ensure continuous and efficient output.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues on the line promptly.
- Set up and adjust machinery parameters to meet specific production requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement improvements in line efficiency and safety.
- Document maintenance logs and production reports accurately.
- Ensure all workstations adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational/Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology.
- Proven experience as a Line Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Tagalog.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control protocols.
