Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar tailored to LinkedIn’s audience.
- Write high-performing, long-form and short-form posts, including text-only updates, carousels, and image-based content.
- Engage with industry leaders and prospective partners through meaningful comments and community management.
- Analyze weekly content performance metrics to refine strategy and maximize reach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with brand goals and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest LinkedIn platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Maintain a consistent, professional, yet authentic brand voice across all touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Copywriter (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to drive engagement through storytelling.
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable grammar and creative writing skills.
- Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and professional social networking dynamics.
- Ability to interpret performance analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for design (Canva proficiency is highly desirable).
