As our Live Host & Content Creator, you will be the face of our brand on social media platforms. You will host live streaming sessions where you introduce potential buyers to our featured properties, answer their questions, and provide virtual tours. Additionally, you will produce creative pre-recorded content such as property highlights, customer success stories, and behind-the-scenes videos that capture the essence of Kayangan Property.
Your creativity will shape how we present our properties online. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align content with ongoing campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. We encourage you to bring fresh ideas to the table and experiment with new formats.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves being on camera, has excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, and knows the ins and outs of social media algorithms. Experience in video production and editing is a plus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, host, and manage live streaming sessions to showcase properties and engage with potential buyers.
- Create high-quality video content for social media platforms, including property tours, client testimonials, and promotional clips.
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Interact with online audiences in real-time, answering questions and providing property information.
- Edit and produce videos using editing software to ensure professional output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas.
- Monitor live session performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a live host, content creator, or social media influencer is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Comfortable and confident on camera with a vibrant personality.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming features.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends when required.
