Tanggung Jawab
- Host and manage high-energy live streaming sessions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and edit engaging video content, including short-form reels, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and managing chat to foster a strong community atmosphere.
- Drive online sales and conversions by effectively promoting products and services during live events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content calendars with brand campaigns and seasonal trends.
- Analyze stream performance metrics and viewer feedback to continuously improve content strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in live streaming or digital content creation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a charismatic and energetic on-camera presence.
- Proficiency in using smartphone cameras and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
