Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging live streams during night shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Interact with real-time audience through chat moderation and Q&A sessions
- Deliver compelling content aligned with broadcast schedules and themes
- Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain professional on-screen presence and brand voice consistency
- Monitor audience engagement metrics to optimize performance
- Prepare pre-broadcast content and post-broadcast analytics reports
Kualifikasi
- Previous live hosting or broadcasting experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malay
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts
- Basic knowledge of live streaming platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live)
- Strong improvisation skills for handling live scenarios
- Ability to maintain energy and professionalism during extended hours
- Proficient in basic audio/video troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
