In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving audience engagement and boosting sales performance across Shopee Live and TikTok Shop.
We are seeking an individual who thrives in front of the camera, stays up-to-date with social media trends, and can turn viewers into loyal customers through authentic storytelling and product demonstrations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on Shopee and TikTok platforms.
- Present products clearly, demonstrating features and benefits to drive immediate conversions.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and inquiries to build a positive community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Analyze live streaming metrics to optimize performance and reach sales targets.
- Manage product inventory displays and ensure a professional, well-lit live streaming environment.
- Stay current with social media algorithms and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments during live events.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee platform features.
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience feedback.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting performance KPIs.
