PT Lila Sehat Teknologi Medis is currently seeking a dynamic Live Operator to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the face of our digital health initiatives, managing live streaming sessions, engaging with our community in real-time, and ensuring seamless content delivery.
As a Live Operator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between medical technology and the public. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of a camera, quick on their feet, and capable of maintaining professional composure under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
- Host and manage live streaming sessions across various social media and digital platforms.
- Engage actively with the audience, answering questions and moderating chats to ensure a positive environment.
- Coordinate with the production team to prepare scripts, talking points, and technical equipment before going live.
- Monitor live metrics and viewer feedback to optimize engagement and content quality.
- Handle technical troubleshooting during live sessions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming live events and health campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and healthcare communication standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or digital content creation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging on-camera presence.
- Proficient in using live streaming software and basic studio equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during live broadcasts.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by the streaming schedule.
