Join Elshe Skin as a dynamic Live Stream & Ecommerce Executive and become the face of our brand in the digital space. We are seeking an energetic and reliable individual to manage our live streaming activities and oversee our ecommerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, driving sales through live broadcasts, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This is a Work From Office (WFO) position based in Sleman, offering the opportunity to work within a creative and fast-paced team dedicated to skincare excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily live streaming sessions to showcase Elshe Skin products, demonstrate usage, and interact with potential customers in real-time.
- Manage the company's ecommerce platforms, including product uploads, pricing updates, and order processing.
- Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media channels to answer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues.
- Analyze sales performance data and traffic metrics to optimize content strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and creative content for social media.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery of orders.
- Represent the brand professionally during events, both online and offline, maintaining a positive brand image.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in live streaming, social media management, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of skincare or the beauty industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently on camera.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and ecommerce tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time in the office (WFO) in Sleman.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
