In this role, you will be the face of our brand, hosting live streaming sessions to engage customers, demonstrate our products, and drive e-commerce sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Host Live Sessions: Conduct daily live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms to showcase wall stickers, wallpaper, and decorative products.
- Product Demonstration: Clearly demonstrate the features, textures, and applications of our interior design products to viewers.
- Engage Audience: Interact with viewers in real-time, answer product-related questions, manage chat, and foster a loyal community.
- Sales Promotion: Promote current sales campaigns, discounts, and special offers to drive conversions and increase revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to prepare scripts, set up lighting/gear, and coordinate with product managers.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional yet energetic on-camera persona that aligns with PT Neospace Decor's brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience in live streaming, hosting, or on-camera presenting is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian are required.
- Personality: Confident, outgoing, and able to think on your feet during live interactions.
- Interest: Basic knowledge of interior design, home decor trends, or creative arts is a strong plus.
- Technical: Ability to set up a basic streaming environment and troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
