Kualifikasi
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Previous experience in hosting, public speaking, or live production
- Proficiency with live streaming software (OBS, StreamYard) and basic production tools
- Strong improvisation skills for handling live audience interactions
- Ability to perform well under pressure during live broadcasts
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends
- Relevant degree in Communications, Media, or Marketing preferred
