Tanggung Jawab
- Host professional live streaming sessions on various platforms to engage with viewers and promote brand products.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies to increase viewership and retention during live broadcasts.
- Actively interact with the audience, answer product-related questions, and provide real-time feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and promotional campaign objectives.
- Monitor live performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize conversion rates.
- Participate in pre-stream rehearsals, equipment setup, and product familiarization sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and live streaming best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or public speaking.
- High level of comfort and charisma in front of the camera.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram, Facebook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A creative mindset with the ability to improvise and keep the audience engaged.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur.
- Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and streaming software is highly advantageous.
