Are you an energetic communicator with a passion for live streaming and digital content? Dachin Etech Global is currently seeking a talented and charismatic Live Stream Host to join our growing team in Cikarang Pusat. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our audience, demonstrating our products, and driving sales through interactive live sessions on platforms like TikTok and Shopee Live.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of a camera, quick-witted, and capable of maintaining high energy for extended periods. If you are a digital native who understands the art of storytelling and knows how to convert viewers into loyal customers, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional and engaging live stream sessions on various e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers in real-time.
- Actively engage with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and building rapport.
- Drive sales conversions and meet daily or weekly viewership/sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align on promotions, campaign themes, and product highlights.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and brand-consistent image throughout every broadcast.
- Analyze live session performance data to improve future engagement and conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Stream Host, KOL, or content creator is highly preferred.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and large digital audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently and persuasively.
- Understanding of e-commerce trends, TikTok Shop, and Shopee Live features.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by live stream schedules.
- Professional appearance and high level of personal grooming.
- Fast learner, adaptable to new product lines, and capable of thinking on your feet.
