Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee platforms to showcase products.
- Actively engage with the audience, answer product-related questions, and provide live demonstrations.
- Manage the flow of the broadcast, maintain high energy, and keep viewers entertained.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and promotional campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze streaming performance metrics to improve viewer retention and conversion rates.
- Assist in preparing sets, lighting, and product samples before going live.
- Handle occasional community management and provide feedback on audience trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streamer, Host, or Content Creator on social media platforms.
- Confident, energetic, and articulate personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee Live features and best practices.
- Ability to improvise and handle live broadcast situations with professionalism.
- Good team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by streaming schedules.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends in Indonesia.
