Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging daily live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram.
- Effectively demonstrate and explain product features to potential customers in real-time.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan session topics, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Track and analyze streaming performance metrics to optimize future content and increase viewership.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-aligned persona throughout all broadcasts.
- Assist in setting up equipment and preparing product displays before going live.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a background in sales/presentation.
- High level of confidence in front of the camera with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and live-commerce dynamics in Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the streaming schedule.
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise and keep the audience entertained.
- Target-oriented and motivated by sales conversion goals.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
