Toko Lafa is seeking a talented and charismatic Live Streaming Host to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and engaging with our community across major e-commerce platforms.
In this dynamic role, you won't just be presenting products; you will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our latest collection of clothing and bags to thousands of viewers. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing on-air presenting duties with essential behind-the-scenes administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada to showcase fashion products (clothing and bags).
- Demonstrate product features, styling tips, and benefits to potential customers during live broadcasts.
- Actively interact with viewers, answer product inquiries in real-time, and manage the live chat environment.
- Maintain a high-energy and professional brand image throughout all live segments.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage stock levels and promotions during live events.
- Perform administrative duties, including order processing, chat management, and customer support when not on camera.
- Monitor competitor live streams and trends to suggest improvements for our own streaming strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a live streamer, social media influencer, or sales presenter is a strong advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and articulate in speaking on camera.
- Highly familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live features.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with an online audience.
- Willingness to handle multi-tasking, including administrative and back-office responsibilities.
- Available to work flexible hours as required by live streaming schedules.
- Hardworking, honest, and target-oriented.
