- Conduct engaging and high-energy live streaming sessions according to a set schedule.
- Effectively demonstrate products, explaining key functions, benefits, and usage to the audience.
- Clearly communicate ongoing promotions, discount codes, and flash sales to drive immediate conversion.
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, acknowledging comments, and building rapport.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image throughout every broadcast.
- Monitor competitor trends and adapt presentation styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Consistently strive to achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales performance targets.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless streaming quality and lighting setups.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host, Content Creator, or relevant sales-focused role.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with an outgoing and confident personality.
- Ability to improvise and think quickly during live, unscripted segments.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Play).
- High level of comfort appearing on camera and managing community interactions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability to accommodate peak shopping hours and promotional event schedules.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
