In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefront, ensuring our live broadcasts are engaging, high-quality, and technically seamless.
As a Live Streaming Operator, you will manage end-to-end broadcasting operations, from studio setup and equipment configuration to live interaction management. You will work closely with hosts to maximize viewer retention, optimize product showcases, and maintain high production standards to boost sales performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment for professional-grade live streams.
- Monitor stream health, connectivity, and broadcast quality in real-time to prevent interruptions.
- Collaborate with hosts to ensure product presentation aligns with marketing strategies and campaign goals.
- Manage chat moderation and viewer engagement activities during live sessions.
- Configure and operate streaming software (e.g., OBS, TikTok Shop Studio, Shopee Live) to ensure smooth transitions and effects.
- Analyze stream performance metrics post-broadcast to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues immediately during live broadcasts to ensure minimal downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Operator, Videographer, or similar role in digital media.
- Deep understanding of streaming platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or Instagram Live.
- Technical proficiency in operating digital cameras, microphones, and lighting rigs.
- Familiarity with streaming software (OBS, vMix, or platform-specific tools).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software connectivity issues on the fly.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail regarding visual composition and audio clarity.
