Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end daily live streaming operations across multiple platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
- Develop and mentor live streaming hosts to improve their sales techniques, on-camera presence, and audience interaction.
- Create and execute content calendars and promotional strategies to maximize viewer engagement and GMV.
- Monitor live sessions in real-time, providing constructive feedback to ensure high production quality and brand consistency.
- Analyze live streaming metrics and provide actionable reports to improve future performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to align live streaming activities with ongoing brand campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Streaming, Social Media Management, or E-commerce operations.
- Proven track record in managing live streaming teams and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of live streaming platforms, features, and audience behavior.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate performance-based teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools to track stream performance and viewer insights.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on campaign demands.
