Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time technical support during live streaming events
- Monitor and troubleshoot audio/video quality issues
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless broadcasts
- Manage streaming platform interfaces and moderation tools
- Document technical incidents and maintain support protocols
- Optimize streaming settings for different platforms
- Train content creators on streaming best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years experience in live streaming production support
- Proficiency with streaming platforms (OBS, YouTube Live, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and video encoding
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
