Tanggung Jawab
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding loan details, including monthly amortization, applicable charges, and interest rates.
- Explain complex financial deductions, penalties, and net proceeds clearly to ensure client transparency.
- Review and verify loan requirements and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies prior to release.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and client communications.
- Coordinate with different branches as a roving assistant to support daily treasury and operational functions.
- Assist in the preparation and validation of loan release documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries regarding loan status and repayment terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and travel to various branch locations as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic financial software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
