Are you a high-energy creative with a passion for building local community connections? Bigtime Empire is looking for a dynamic Local Marketing Staff to join our team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with driving restaurant foot traffic through strategic grassroots marketing, community outreach, and innovative engagement tactics.
We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of the local food and beverage market. You will work closely with our store management team to execute local store marketing (LSM) campaigns that turn neighbors into loyal regulars. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, schools, and organizations to foster community partnerships.
- Coordinate and promote in-store events, food samplings, and promotional launches.
- Monitor and analyze foot traffic trends to adjust marketing strategies for maximum sales impact.
- Manage basic social media updates to highlight local restaurant happenings and promotions.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service levels and local promotional efficacy.
- Assist in the distribution of marketing collateral throughout the local Pasig City area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in local store marketing, brand promotion, or hospitality marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build community rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced retail or restaurant environment.
- Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by marketing events.
