- Manage Philippines service business P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop service teams to achieve performance and growth targets
- Drive service sales growth through strategic planning and customer relationship management
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and compliance with operational standards
- Develop and implement service expansion strategies to capture new market opportunities
- Collaborate with regional teams to align service initiatives with global business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and analyze service performance data to identify improvement areas
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service management or operations leadership
- Proven track record in managing P&L and driving sales growth in service industries
- Strong team leadership skills with experience in talent development and performance management
- Expertise in customer relationship management and service delivery optimization
- Strategic planning abilities with focus on business expansion and market penetration
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric reporting
