- Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing plans to increase foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness for assigned Conti's stores in Mandaue City and surrounding areas.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community influencers to create mutually beneficial partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement in-store events, product launches, and grand openings, ensuring flawless execution and maximum community impact.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify local trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the local marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing spend to achieve the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with the central marketing and operations teams to ensure all local campaigns are consistent with the overall brand identity and strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of local marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as the brand ambassador for Conti's in the local community, handling inquiries and gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience in Local Store Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand Activation, or a similar role.
- Strong grasp of the Cebuano market landscape, local culture, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management platforms.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the Mandaue City area and occasionally to nearby store locations.
- Highly creative, proactive, and passionate about the food service industry.
