Goldilocks Bakeshop, a household name in Filipino celebrations, is looking for a dynamic Local Store Marketing (LSM) Officer to join our team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be the bridge between our iconic brand and the local community, crafting strategies that drive foot traffic and foster lasting customer loyalty.
As an LSM Officer, you will not just be working behind a desk; you will be on the ground, analyzing store performance, conceptualizing neighborhood events, and ensuring that every Goldilocks branch in your area is the top-of-mind choice for every celebration. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and store sales.
- Coordinate store-level promotions, events, and community partnerships to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives against sales targets.
- Manage local advertising collaterals, including coordination with store managers for in-store displays.
- Gather customer insights and competitive intelligence to refine regional marketing strategies.
- Facilitate product sampling programs and activation events within the local trade area.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, schools, and community organizations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing.
- Strong understanding of the local Cebuano market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building partnerships.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple store locations.
- Must be willing to perform fieldwork and travel within assigned areas in Cebu.
