Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain excellence? Samudera Caraka Jasa is looking for a dynamic Logistics Sales Leader to spearhead our growth in the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and retail logistics sectors in Semarang.
As our Sales Leader, you will be the face of our company, driving business development initiatives and fostering long-term relationships with retail giants, medium-to-large UMKM, and major distributors. We are seeking a proactive hunter who is comfortable with field visits, high-level networking, and strategic cold calling to expand our market share in Central Java.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding complex supply chain needs, and positioning our transport solutions as the go-to service for reliability and efficiency. If you are motivated by targets, enjoy building a sales pipeline from scratch, and possess a deep understanding of the local logistics landscape, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the LTL and retail logistics markets.
- Proactively conduct cold calling and digital prospecting to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients, including distributors and medium-to-large UMKM.
- Identify and analyze client logistics pain points to provide tailored service solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements, rates, and contracts to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals to secure new high-value partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients.
- Maintain an accurate and updated record of sales activities and market intelligence in the CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) operations and retail distribution networks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong presence in professional networking.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Semarang and surrounding Jawa Tengah region.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
