Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive logistics sales strategies in alignment with the Head of Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the aviation logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize our service positioning and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for executive management.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting of business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, aviation, or freight forwarding sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian logistics market and supply chain dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market reports.
