Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and train loss prevention staff to maintain high security standards
- Monitor CCTV systems and investigate suspicious activities/incidents
- Conduct regular audits of property security protocols and procedures
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for security breaches
- Collaborate with law enforcement during investigations and incident reporting
- Manage inventory control systems to prevent shrinkage and losses
- Prepare detailed security reports and loss prevention documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in loss prevention or security management
- Proven leadership skills with team supervision experience
- Certification in security management or loss prevention preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and security technology
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving abilities
- Valid security officer license (Singapore Police Force requirement)
- Proficiency in incident reporting and documentation systems
