Chow Seth Food Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious LPG Outlet Supervisor to oversee our Petron Gasul outlet operations in San Juan City. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Petron Gasul LPG outlet, ensuring adherence to strict safety standards and government regulations.
- Supervise and train outlet staff to maintain high service standards and professional conduct.
- Conduct daily inventory reconciliation to ensure zero variance in LPG cylinder stocks and accessories.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all equipment and storage facilities are maintained in good working condition.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of client retention.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail management, convenience store operations, or gas distribution is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of LPG safety protocols and handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail regarding inventory management.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- High school diploma or vocational training; bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus.
