Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, white-glove service to high-net-worth clients during all stages of the customer journey.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Act as an expert consultant on luxury products, demonstrating deep knowledge of brand history, market value, and product authenticity.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and product presentation to final negotiation and post-purchase follow-up.
- Maintain a pristine store environment that reflects the brand's luxury identity and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current market trends in the luxury goods sector to provide informed insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory management and seamless logistics for high-value items.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium relationship management.
- Impeccable communication skills with a professional, articulate, and poised demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse, high-net-worth individuals.
- Deep passion and knowledge for luxury goods (watches, handbags, or jewelry is a plus).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury setting.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail and personal presentation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
