Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair faults in espresso machines, grinders, and beverage dispensers
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of coffee equipment
- Install new machines and train clients on proper operation
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of spare parts
- Respond to emergency breakdowns with timely technical solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to support equipment demonstrations
- Stay updated on emerging beverage technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years experience repairing commercial coffee or beverage equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Certification in coffee machine technology preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
